Michael Bourton Co founder and VP of Business Development of Grid2Home with more than 25 years experience in the architecture, system design and development of wired access and home networking products. He has been actively involved in different activities of Smart Energy, including HomePlug and SAE to define the communication protocol for electric vehicles connection to Smart Meters. In recent years, he was VP and General Manager for Agilent Technologies and responsible for New Business opportunities for Texas Instruments.

Don Sturek Co founder and CTO of Grid2Home with more than 20 years experience in the software design of IP, mesh networking and wireless protocols and products. He has been an active member IEEE, ZigBee, Blue tooth and ISA, holding key chair positions. He is actively involved in ZigBee in defining the next generation standards for Smart Energy. Don formally co-founded Figure 8 Wireless, which developed the original ZigBee stack and was acquired by Chipcon and then Texas Instruments.
