I have problem with running initdb under cygwin:
creating template1 database in /usr/share/pgdb/base/1... FATAL:
semctl(17, 16, SETVAL, 536) failed: Invalid argument
PostgreSQL was compiled from source manually with no errors (Cygwin
2.427, PostgreSQL 7.4.2, ipc-daemon 2.03)
