I am using
posgreSQL v.6.4.2,
my operating system is RedHat Linux ELF,
and my hardware is a Pentium 200.
I get errors such as:
Creating template database in /usr/local/pgsql/data/base/template1
syntax error 2305 : parse error
when typed $ initdb
or get error like:
Connection to database 'template1' failed.
PQexec() -- Request was sent to backend, but backend closed the channel before.
This probably means the backend terminated abnormally before or while process.
when typed $ createdb
