Anyone out there in sfpugland know of existing tools (ideally, just a
view) which will calculate the filesystem sizes in tables, schemas, and
databases? TOAST support would be nice, but not necessary.
I realize that I can get this -- with caveats -- by du'ing
subdirectories of base/, but I'd guess there's something a little more
sophisticated somewhere...
