When installing Cygwin on my machine that is running Windows XP
Professional I am unable to find the file that I am told to read in the
instructions. There appears to be no .README file associated with
postgresql under the directories indicated. I'm following the
instructions at:
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/faqs/text/FAQ_MSWIN
I would appreciate some help.
