When install PostgreSQL/8.1-beta2,I select "Chinese,People's Republic Of
China" for Locale, then got these messages in initdb.log:
...

Files/PostgreSQL/8.1-beta2/data/base/1 ... FATAL: syntax error in file
"C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.1-beta2/data/postgresql.conf" line 386, near
token "'s Republic of China'"
