Group business: SQL Saturday, SCALE CfP, November meeting

Hey folks!

In case you missed last week's meeting, here are some important events
coming up on the calendar:

Free, here in Portland, yes it's mostly SQL Server but it's a fun event and
you can still learn something.

2. SCALE CfP http://www.socallinuxexpo.org/scale/14x/cfp

Open until Oct 30. We're having a two-day, two-track Pg event as part of
this. Pretty much any of the talks we've had at PDXPUG would be
appropriate for SCALE, so go ahead & submit yours! If you don't think you
have anything to talk about, drop me a line & we'll work on some ideas for
you.

3. November meeting:

We need a speaker! It could be you. Same rules as #2 above ;)

4. Feel like a road trip?

SEAPUG's November meeting (Monday the 16th) features Bruce Momjian on
NoSQL.
