Um. Looks like someone ifdef'd it out :-(. In fact, if you look
through fe-secure.c, you'll see that just about all the SSL code is
ifdef'd out on Windows.
Try removing the #ifs and see if it compiles.
win32 hackers, anyone know why it's like this?
