The dashboard page of the web app is now reflecting upgraded
personality. Other pages will reflect this as I get time to roll it out.
The only member to take advantage of the new facility so far is flatworm.
Please note that you must NOT put the OS name or compiler name in the
upgraded items. Names and version strings are stored seperately, and I
have only made provision for upgrading versions. If you change OS or
compiler you should reregister rather than upgrade.
