As a reminder, OSCON will be in San Jose this year. So if you've never
gone, this is the year to submit a PostgreSQL talk!
You only have until **February 3**
OSCON is a *developer* conference, so submit talks about developing with
PostgreSQL: perl & postgresql, ruby @ postgresql, memcached &
postgresql, etc.
