The libpq++ examples run a make file , which i've always found a bit of a dark
art. Im trying to avoid using that make file so what actual libs and include
paths do you need to run from a striaght forward command line. The reason for
this is im trying to build the code into a Code Forge project and if i try to
use the makefile or even alter it to suit it cries fowl and smeggs up =(.
