Katılıyorum. Veritabanınız durmuş değil ona bağlantı yapan client'ta
problem var. Aksi takdirde (postgresql durmuş olsa) loglamaya devam
edemezdi-ki zaten ona göre bir hata atardı. Kullandığınız programı kontrol
edin, hangi porttan postgresql'i
dinliyorsa wireshark, tcpdump vs.. gibi programlarla paketleri inceleyip
