Hi, I am installing postgresql 10.2 on window 7 64 bit. I am getting following error. Please  see screen shot.Has anyone seen this error? any fix for this problem?Thanks in advance.Isaac

Just to cover the basics first :)... is there any chance your firewall
would have blocked the connection?

The error message in the screenshot is "Connection refused", which can
sometimes be a firewall blocking thing. :)
