What exactly do you want to know? Do you have problems installing
it or do you want to know how to use it?

In addition to the user's guide, If you want a step by step walk through with examples, I have also found Korry Douglas book "PostgreSQL (2nd Edition)" to have a very good step by step set of directions and detailed examples for using PL/Java.
