Hi,

I'd like to suggest you reference our PostgreSQL migration solutions.

We have developed a set of tools and utilities for migrating to
PostgreSQL, particularly for legacy COBOL-based systems.

Our solutions include :

Data audit to identify values that are not compatible with PG

* DDL migration
* Multi-threaded data migration
* Data migration control
* Migration of SQL and PLSQL, including Embedded SQL in Java, COBOL
and script programs
* Automated non-regression tests by comparison of program execution
* Identification of non-performing queries to be optimised by
inserting a trace in the code
* Precompiler for COBOL and C
* PostgreSQL driver

We recently carried out one of the largest Oracle to PostgreSQL
migration projects in France for URSAFF. Please find below a link to an
article describing the project and quoting us.

Our website is www.movesol.com

We will be happy to provide you with further information.

That's cool, but I doubt you're going to find anybody here willing to
edit the wiki to add those things for you. Feel free to create a
community account, use it to log in to the wiki (which provisions the
account there), and then reply here so that we can expedite your
cool-off period as well as grant editor privs. Then you can edit the
relevant wiki pages as you see fit.

We also have a software catalogue in the main website (as well as a
listing of service providers), to which you can add your products using
your community account.

Regards

Hi again

Sorry to bother you.

I think I still can't edit the wiki pages.

Could you please do something for me ?

May be I'm too impatient.  If it's the case, please tell me.

Many thanks in advance

Regards

José BITCHATCHI

I have granted you Editor privs now. (These are two separate steps).
