I see that the monetary amount for membership dues was finalized:
http://www.postgresql.us/node/12

However, I don't see any mention of how often the fees are due.
{Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, ... }.

Excellent question. I expect that next week you shall be able to go
directly to https://www.postgresql.us/ and literally add to cart. We
already have the various technological hurdles crossed and am just
waiting on some final paper work.

It is at the attorney's I don't have confirmation. Once I do the 1023
will be placed on the website and made publicly available.

OK. You probably shouldn't accept any dues until after the submission
date.

That was kind of my point :). I did verify that we are good to do
business with Professionals and Corporations as the expense is
generally tax deductible under either professional
education or marketing/advertising respectively Generally speaking
however, it is definitely good to wait for the filing date (and thus
why we haven't opened it).
