I got the following error when running initdb -D /usr/local/pgsql/data
to create databse cluster in Irix 6.5
IpcSemaphoreCreate: semctl(id=6, 0, SETALL, ...) failed: Bad address
I do see in your FAQ.irix, mentioned using gcc will have problem with
semctl. Have you got this fix yet ?
