SFPUG,

We need some volunteers to help with the party next Friday.
Specifically, we need:

One or two people to help with setup
One person to do a run for ice the afternoon of the event
Two or three people to help with cleanup after the event.

Volunteers will be guaranteed a PostgreSQL 9 t-shirt.

I also may need someone to drop by Daly City and pick up the tshirts.
Preferably someone driving up from the South Bay anyway.

90% that I'll be there - final schedule juggling with my family. What
help do you still need? Setup?

Biggest thing would be a run for ice at around 5:30 or 6pm. I haven't
figured out yet what to put the ice *in*, but we'll want around 40lbs of
ice for the event for beer and soft drinks (which will start out room temp.)

Hmmm. Let me correct that ... Sean has volunteered to pick up ice,
which means that we could mostly use you there to help us recieve it.
So, 5:45pm (or slightly earlier).

Got family schedule re-arranged. I'll be there and have two medium
coolers (32 quart and 48 quart) in the back of my car so we should be
good for cooling drinks.

I borrowed the sound system from a neighbor. I can check with him on
availability if we need it.

Ok, great. The beer supplier is taking care of ice as well, and
supplying buckets, so we probably don't need the coolers.

I think it would be a good idea. We only need one speaker though.

Of course, if someone on this list has a smaller, karoke system, that
would be even better.
