Hello,
I've completed Russian translation for several versions a couple of days
ago, but I'm still seeing 99% for some files.
For example, for version 9.4 in messages.git I see:
$ LANG=C msgfmt -v -o /dev/null ru/postgres.po
4175 translated messages.
But with the same version in babel I get:
$ wget https://babel.postgresql.org/po-9.4-branch/postgres-ru.po
$ LANG=C msgfmt -v -o /dev/null postgres-ru.po
4174 translated messages, 1 untranslated message.
Is babel.postgresql.org OK?

Hi, yeah, something is definitely wrong ... the status tables have not
updated in a few days.
