They will let us know a few weeks before the conference if we have a space.

I also submitted a proposal for a BoF - I asked for Wednesday, but we
can always change that.

And for those on -advocacy but not -announce, there's now a PGDay on the
Sunday before the conference too.

Am I reading the schedule right that the exhibition space the booth
would go into is only open during Wednesday and Thursday?

Just got the notice that we have a booth. Please let me know off-list
if you'll be available to help staff it. :) Unfortunately we don't
get a pass to anything other than the exhibit hall, but this is still
a great way to meet people!

Annnnd since I trimmed this important information out of this email:

We need booth staff:
Wednesday 10am - 4:30pm
Thursday 10am - 5pm

Plus somebody to help set up & take down. (Usually involves toting
stuff up & down the elevator between a car & the exhibit hall.)

Also, I lied about not getting a pass - we get 1 session pass + 4
exhibit hall passes with this.
