No problems were detected in the code by the testing harness.
I believe this is an infrastructure problem since even
/ is throwing a 500 response.

Just to close this one out, this was a temporary operations issue in one of
our DCs. It was fixed I think about half a hour after your email, but we
forgot to reply to you. Sorry about that!
