Sir,
I am Rayudu, the Data Base Architect at Treasuries & Accounts, Finance of
Government of Andhra Pradesh India.
I would like to submit our project report as attachment.
Postgresql is THE data base for the entire department on Linux. The new
version 9 gives us great performance through Streaming Replication,
Concurrent READS from Isolated Servers. gives the maximum performance far
higher than commercial competitors.

Since I am requesting a tab bit too late, please feel free to turn down the
request :)
I'd love to see the report you talk about below. Hopefully that will server
as an example for others in government sector to pursue Postgres
deployments as opposed to commercial RDBMS.
