Re: Postgres Installer not Appearing When Exe Is Run

Hi there,

When I run the most recent version of the Postgres 12 installer, the installer does not open up a window to prompt me to select installation settings - nothing opens at all. However, the app runs as a background process, and will not do anything. I've attached the installation log, and have not been able to find much support online regarding this issue. Thank you - this issue is extremely frustrating so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Could you please share the installer name? Also, which is your Windows
version?

Can you also please run the installer on the Administrator command prompt
and check if there is any console messages?
