[Pljava-dev] Copyright notices? Paging commiters

Hi all,

I mean to clean up the copyright notices. At least in those files I
touch myself. There are currently four commiters in the cvs log:

filip = Filip Hrbek
thhal = Thomas Hallgren
jurka = Kris Jurka
myrkraverk = Johann 'Myrkraverk' Oskarsson [myself]

Commits by thhal are Copyright (c) TADA AB - Taby Sweden and I'll
update those as appropriate if I see a missing year when comparing to
the cvs log.

Filib Hrbek and Kris Jurka, what is your preference? Do you want to
use the 토토 사이트 or your personal names?

I have not decided what to add for myself, though I'm leaning towards
the Global Development Group.

I'm also updating the link to the license from

http://eng.tada.se/osprojects/COPYRIGHT.html

to

http://wiki.tada.se/index.php?title=PLJava_License

in those files I'm touching. This should be done for all files, but
I'm not doing that until I have the 2.0 version out. Which should be
Real Soon Now[tm].
