PL/Java cannot run with 8.0.0b3 or 8.0.0b4 since there's a bug in the
way PostgreSQL reads its configuration variables. A fix for this bug is
included in PostgreSQL 8.0.0beta5 that's said to be released this week.
Once it's out, I'll release a new version of PL/Java.
For now, you have two options. a) Compile the CVS HEAD of both PL/Java
and PostgreSQL or b) revert to PostgreSQL 8.0.0beta2.
